 Running is a natural activity, for kids.  This inherent tendency to run can be directed, with proper guidance, into a lifelong love for vigorous movement.  Running is a large muscle, gross motor activity involving the coordination of the arms, legs and torso with each foot strike resulting in a smooth and effortless forward-flowing action.  

Children are not born with an innate ability to run efficiently. They need intelligent coaching and progressive conditioning to become proficient and fit. Learning effective technique takes time and determination, but progress can be made even with those who start out uncoordinated and unfit.

Here at ART OF RUNNING KIDS & YOUTH CONDITIONING we train the spirit as well as the body. We strive to understand the childs developmental level and share in the accomplishments of the childs efforts, no matter what the outcomes. We keep running for children fun, simple and uncomplicated.
