Art Of running inc. offers a CORPORATE PROGRAM that sends certified fitness instructors to your office once or twice a week to work with your employees for 1hr on site. We do a BOOTCAMP STYLE FITNESS CLASS that is a combination of CALISTHENICS, DRILLS & AEROBIC EXERCISE. This class increases lean muscle, endurance, strength, agility & balance. The initial program will last for 8-12 weeks and if it is successful you can renew monthly. Also a plain focus running program which comprise of all of the mention exercises.

In these tough economic times, participating in a positive & uplifting program like this has many rewards. Your employees will appreciate your efforts to help them release stress & get healthy.

Pricing is based on the location and size of class. If the employees pay for the class we need a minimum of 6 people. The initial program will last for 12-16 weeks and the employees will be responsible to pay for sessions in advance.

We also do SEMINARS ON NUTRITION which can benefit your employees as well. It is very hard to eat healthy during the day with so many bad choices easily available.  High intakes of sugar & caffeine plague the work environment & cause temporary energy surges that leave you feeling tired & listless. Education is key to making healthier choices.

We offer training for races in the Johannesburg or other part of the country area. The corporate challenge (JP Morgan Chase), Comrades marathon & we can train your employees for these events & they will represent your company. These types of events promote comradely & increase morale. These sessions are held before or after work with a certified coach. The participants will have a training calendar that will take them from the couch to the track.
